Hi! I’m Christine, PhD therapist, mama, coach, artist, and creative entrepreneur. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), but it’s a bit of a misnomer - it doesn’t mean I can only see couples or families in therapy, it just means I’ve been trained in systemic thinking - how our other relationships (with our partners, our kids, our colleagues, etc) impact our wellbeing, and vice-versa. My Master’s degree is in Marriage and Family Therapy from Purdue University, and my PhD is in Medical Family Therapy from East Carolina University. Before starting my own creative/coaching business, I was a professor in a doctoral program, and prior to that, I worked as a consultant to help medical practices integrate behavioral health into primary care.
